This weekends home game is one of our busiest days for the Hawks Committee with team photos as well as the canteen, field setup & dismantle. So the committee is looking for extra helpers this Saturday to help the day run smoothly.
Volunteers needed,
Canteen Setup – 2 or 3 people from 8am
Photo envelope collectors – 1 extra person per hour between 7.30am & 12pm to help the club treasurer.
Team organiser again 1 person per hour between 7.30am & 12pm.
